Knights fit right at home with Warwick Castle deal

Birmingham Knights have today announced a partnership with Warwick Castle and the Merlin Entertainments Group.

Anyone who purchases a ticket online in advance for the Knights’ home games this season will receive a 2-for-1 voucher to visit Warwick Castle.

The partnership of the two parties sees the deal in place for the entire BBL season, and is a big coup for the new BBL club. Merlin Entertainments Group also runs other attractions such as Alton Towers Resort, The EDF Energy London Eye, SEA LIFE to name just a few, and is Europe’s number one visitor attraction operator.

To announce the deal, Birmingham Knights went along for a photoshoot at the historic venue, which is often described as the best preserved castle in Great Britain.

Speaking about the announcement, Birmingham Knights owner Jo Aldridge said: “We are pleased to partner with Warwick Castle, as a well-known and respected name in the West Midlands. Birmingham Knights aim to offer a great value day out for families and with this offer you can make a full weekend of it – spend the day at Britain’s ultimate castle and spend your Saturday evenings watching the Knights in action in the British Basketball League!”

Fans can take advantage of this offer by purchasing tickets from www.theticketfactory.co.uk.

  • Birmingham Knights’ first home game, at the North Solihull Sports Centre in Chelmsley Wood, will be against Sheffield Sharks on Saturday 12th October at 7.30pm.
