BBL Betting: Why Wolves are the only safe bet

With just the one game available for placing your hard earned cash on, tonight you have the chance to raid the bookmakers for all they are worth.

One bookie in particular – SportingBet.

You may be reading this and thinking “How? And why?”

Well let me tell you – this is where Worcester Wolves’ season really starts.

Paul James has specifically stated in the majority of his interviews that his side has been built around Sherrad Prezzie-Blue. For weeks now that has been the stumbling block for Wolves’ progress, all thanks to the difficulties in getting the point guard’s work permit documents.

Now he’s back, and not only that, but Wolves have added another major signing to their roster in the shape of one Kai Williams.

I’m going to talk quite bluntly about this now, so excuse me one moment.

Kai Williams, ladies and gents, has the ability to help the other four guys he is on court with rip sides apart. In fact, he alone can rip sides apart.

For a side that has only been able to pick up victories against lower ranked sides in their campaign so far (two against Cheshire, Mersey and Sheffield and one against Manchester); Newcastle may have the head-to-head, but they won’t get the whitewash tonight.

I have it on good authority that training has gone well this this week, Prezzie is back in the swing of things and Kai has settled in very well already.

I’m rattling on I know, but I have every notion that Wolves are about to upset the apple cart in general with their new additions, and the first victims are likely to be tonight.

Which is why I make one simple suggestion with tonight’s betting – outright win for Wolves and nothing more.

Worcester to win – 2/1 @ SportingBet

That’s 2/1 against an Eagles side just over 1/3 to win this. If you’re brave go to Bwin for the winning margin but safe money is with SportingBet.

I’m done now so go bet, go win, and go Wolves!
