BUCS American Football Quarter Final schedule

After some thrilling first round games, the British Universities are gearing up for their last eight matchups, and there are some interesting games this coming weekend.

After a shutout win last week the Stirling Clansmen, number one seed in the Championship playoffs, plays host to the Sheffield Sabres, ranked eighth. The Sabres narrowly getting past Southampton last week will have to up their game if they are to progress.

Birmingham Lions were the big winners in the first round, a 55-0 triumph over Cambridge. This week they face what should be a tougher match against the Durham Saints.

In the Challenge Trophy playoffs, the lowest ranked team left in the knockout rounds are the UCLan Rams after their upset win over Portsmouth. The Rams will need to be at their best again as they travel to the Titans of Swansea.
