Dolly Rockits rolling towards Sheffield

The Sheffield Steel Rollergirls Allstars take to the track once more in their fourth home bout of the year on the 7th September at Ponds Forge International Sports Hall. They’ll be taking on Leicester’s finest in the form of the Dolly Rockit Rollers.

Sheffield Steel Rollergirls have had a good year of bout victories so far. Their last game saw them take on the Bristol Harbour Harlots in an awe-inspiring game flaunting the skills of two amazing teams, ending in another win for Sheffield with a score of 167-155. The Dolly Rockits will be determined to taste another victory after taking their first win of the year in July against the Brighton Bruisers, winning a massive 300-122, so this is a must-see bout.

The last time these two teams met was in February 2012 when the Sheffield Steel Rollergirls played in Leicester and won 196-131.

Saturday 7th September 2013, doors open at 1pm at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Sheffield. Tickets £6 on the day.
