Flag football: Non-stop around the clock

On Saturday 21 September your help is needed to support a world record Flag Football attempt in Airdrie.

16 players rotating in line with the five-a-side format will be attempting to play Flag Football for 26 hours straight. The current world’s best stands two hours shy of this.

The guys are looking for witnesses, physios and stat keepers and basically anyone who can spare time to help their effort in any way. It all goes down at St Margaret’s High School in Airdrie between 12pm Saturday and 2pm on Sunday 22 September.

You can also support their efforts by sponsoring them to achieve their goal. 50% of all the money raised will go to Help for Heroes and 50% will help to fund the Scottish and Northern England Chieftains to compete in tournaments throughout Europe.
