‘I wouldn’t pick Lebron or Durant’ says Gay at NBA 3X event

If you could pick any three current NBA stars to play for you in a dream 3-on-3 game, who would you choose?

Kevin Durant, Dwyane Wade and Lebron James? Kobe Bryant, Chris Paul and Carmelo Anthony?

Memphis Grizzlies Small forward, Rudy Gay, thinks he knows who he’d pick to line-up alongside him in his ideal three man team:

“Dwight Howard and Rondo,” said the six-year NBA pro, with little hesitation. “With Dwight, he’ll block everything and with Rondo he’ll pass it every time!”

Gay has gone for tactics over pure talent. And as the two guys he picked led the league in 2011/12 in rebounds and assists, who would say that he’s wrong?
