If the NFL playoffs were today – NFC edition
Seattle Seahawks could have claimed home field advantage this past weekend, but their biggest rivals finally stood up to them and stopped them, for now at least. It will take a huge collapse for the West division leaders to miss out on the top seed as a win from any of their three remaining games will seal that top place.
New Orleans rebounded from the loss last week in Seattle to end Carolina’s win streak and put themselves in a very good position to probably win the South and lock in the number two seed. The Panthers are still in a good place though and will likely be a wild card team along with the 49ers, its just a case of which space they both fill, five or six seed.
Numbers three and four are probably going to the wire as five teams slug it out for those two places and the East and North titles.
