Newcastle Eagles confirm cup dates
The Newcastle Eagles will play Leicester Riders in the BBL Cup Semi-Finals over two legs, with the first leg in Leicester on Saturday 26th November and the home leg on Friday 2nd December at Sport Central.
The Eagles’ progress in the Cup means that a couple of Eagles fixtures have now been re-arranged, including an additional game in December.
Milton Keynes had been scheduled to play at Sport Central on the 2nd December but that game has now been moved to the 9th of March. Worcester Wolves, who were due to play on the 9th of March will now see their fixture with the Eagles brought forward to Friday 16th December.
Eagles Managing Director Paul Blake said: “We have had to re-arrange some fixtures in order to complete the Cup semi-final games before the Christmas break. We hope this does not cause too much inconvenience for our fans.”
