One Health Sharks look to the future

The One Health Sheffield Sharks Basketball Club are pleased to announce a new and exciting partnership that will see them continue on their mission to develop basketball in the region.

The partnership with Sheffield Hallam University, will bring athletes to Sheffield Hallam University on scholarship programmes whilst using the skills of professional players to develop the men’s University’s squad.

This programme and the imminent launch of our England Basketball Sharks AASE Academy covering South and West Yorkshire in partnership with Bradford College, form part of a structured development programme.

Included in this will be the establishment of our own fully integrated junior structure to encourage all ages to participate in this exciting sport.

Trials for the Sharks AASE Academy are on Friday 21st July at the EIS – Sheffield from 10am – 1pm.  Trials are open to boys with Junior National League experience aged 16 or 17 on the 1st September 2011.
