Chicago @ OKC
The Oklahoma City Thunder had very little to worry about when they hosted the injury-hit Bulls. The Thunder entered the contest with a 20-4 record and the league leading scorer in the shape of Kevin Durant (28.2ppg) while the Bulls were without Rose and Deng through injury and had dropped to 9-16 on the season.
Durant finished the game with 32 points as the Thunder came away with a 107-95 win. Westbrook added 20 points while Jackson chipped in 18 off the bench.
Game highlights:
San Antonio @ Golden State
Coach Popovich announced before the game that Duncan, Parker and Ginobili would all sit out the road game against the Warriors but the real controversy happened in the game’s closing moments. With the Warriors down 102-99, Steph Curry splashed home a three from the top of the arc to tie the game. But on the next possession, Tiago Splitter tipped in the game-winner which had some calling for an offensive goal tend call. Steph Curry finished with 30 points, 15 assists and four steals while for the Spurs, Belinelli and Mills combined for 48 points.
